Small Shifts in Wellbeing Have a Big Impact on Performance

Is this a case of ‘do what I say’ versus ‘do what I do”? If we are to see these small shifts, do we need to be modelling the behaviour as such?

There has been a lot of talk about leaders ‘leveraging their strengths’ and whilst I agree with this approach, it does not mean that we don’t give constructive feedback when necessary, after all, if we manage or lead anyone, they expect this feedback and they deserve the respect of us to give it to them. But, let’s be balanced about it!
